Thyme, Orange, Clove and Frankincense In A Pill For Longevity

I am visiting my parents and I brought them a bottle of Young Living's Longevity. As its name implies, it promotes longevity.

Both my parents are in their 70s and are relatively healthy and this supplement helps them to continue to maintain good health.

Longevity has been known to support brain function, cardiovascular health, and it also supplies antioxidant. The Orange oil also supports normal cell growth and Frankincense oil supports cell regeneration and the body's natural defences.

A Healthy Way To Flavour Your Plain Water

Often kids may have problems drinking water because it is tasteless. One good way to flavour your plain water is to add one drop of Young Living's essential oils.

Here is a bottle of orange and I personally use it often when I am at the office. Not only does it taste good, it also makes my office smell good! Another oil you could use is Lemon.

My upset tummy didn't last long

I had curry last night but it didn't sit well with me. After an hour, I threw up twice on the way home.

The minute I got home, I applied Young Living's Di-Gize on my tummy and also ingested two drops, and within 15 mins I was feeling much better. No more queasiness, no cramps, nothing!

I knew Di-Gize is good but i've never experienced it's quick miraculous work like this before. I was impressed.

I love this easy to use book which has info on what, how and where to use Young living essential oils. Ideal for families with small children.

It is now my constant companion and the writers Carrie Donegan and Elena Yordan have made the book so super.

Young Living Peppermint Oil Is Today's Hero

A friend's toddler has been having a persistent cough and he hadn't been sleeping well. So I recommended a drop of peppermint to be applied on each foot before bed and to put on a pair of socks as well.

My friend was happy to report that his son slept very well and deep, the first for him in a long while.

Yay! for peppermint. Not only good for cough but for mothers' and fathers' sanity.

Post Detox

Last week I posted my experience with a detox product -- Veaya Zeo8. It consists of zeolite a substance used by our ancestors for the purpose of detoxification.

Zeolite is a mineral formed when volcanic lava meets sea water. The unique thing about zeolite is that it is negatively charged and apparently it attracts all positively charged elements such as radiation, allergens, viruses, toxins, etc and then it traps these elements in its cage like structure. We then pass them out in our urine. So drinking lots of water with the consumption of zeolite is key to the process.

I'm happy to say that I feel really good with the consumption of zeo8. And will continue to do so as a form of maintenance.

One of the best detox products on the market

About three weeks ago, I started using this very new product for detoxing of heavy metals, allergens, and radiation from the system. Since then, many people have told me that I am looking more radiant. I believe the detox positive effect is showing through the quality of my skin.

Being exposed to radiation a lot because of our computer, mobile phones I can't imagine how clogged up we are with all of these.

Off to the zoo today!

We are going to the zoo today and being in the tropics means we need to watch out for the blood sucking mozzies!

So this is a blend of essential oils called Purification. It is a good insect repellant and apparently also helps with snake bites.

In the next few days I will be shooting a video to show you how we actually apply the oils.

Natural painkiller

My husband overdid it at tennis last night and so needed a bit of help with Young Living's Panaway.

I applied a few drops on his back before he left for mini golf with our daughter, and he's absolutely ok!
