A Healthy Way To Flavour Your Plain Water

Often kids may have problems drinking water because it is tasteless. One good way to flavour your plain water is to add one drop of Young Living's essential oils.

Here is a bottle of orange and I personally use it often when I am at the office. Not only does it taste good, it also makes my office smell good! Another oil you could use is Lemon.

(Do note that most essential oils in the market are not suitable for consumption in the same way. Only use essential oils you know that are safe for ingestion for this purpose)
